Dr. Benka received her DDS degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2007. During her dental career she has been a general dentist in private practice, serving the people of Oak Park and its surrounding communities.
Dr. Benka was a faculty member at Midwestern University’s College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove 2011-2019. Starting in May 2014 she became an assistant professor, overseeing many students as they provided dental care.
She is an active member of the Illinois State Dental Society, American Dental Association, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Dr. Benka loves spending time with her husband and three children. Her favorite things to do include traveling, cooking, yoga and running.
